I use both a roku 4k express and a roku stick to watch tv programs through the xfinity stream app. There is no “we are experiencing audio difficulties “ message displayed on the screen. I tried to tune into newsmax this morning and a box came up that said that i now needed a subscription.

Starting on 12/22/2025 while watching newsmax on the xfinity stream app newsmax has been constantly freezing. Channel plays for a short time. Does anyone else find it strange that newsmax and a few other news channels been removed from our channel lineup right before the election? Do you have an x1 cable box?
I would like to know why is my channel 1115/newsmax has been disconnected? How can i get newsmax? What happened to the newsmax channel 1115? There is no audio on channel 1115 newsmax.
All of a sudden i get the message you don't have access to this channel.
What do you see when you tune to channel 1115? I have been able to watch this channel since 2020 for free. I have had this channel since 2019. Newsmax is included on our x1 platform in most all areas.
I called xfinity and was. This is the only channel without audio. On 02/19/25 the newsmax channel started freezing for no reason. It was available this morning now it's not available w/o a subscription!!!!
