Hi i already had netflix multiple user, which i need to cancel as i now have it through sky. So i was missinformed by sky agent that i can have netflix with my sky+hd box ?? Unfortunately yes has it's just not possible to access netflix through sky on a sky plus hd box.

Have you tried doing a password. We already have a netflix account separate from our sky package. I click on netflix and my login has gone and has been replaced with unknown spanish logins?

We do not want netflix with ads. Already had netflix so using the same account but before we could watch on more than one screen at once and. Netflix can't know what your sky password is and i'm 99% sure they don't handoff the login authentication to sky although that is technically possible. How am i able to watch and download netflix within my house?
