They own manufacturing on many of their products, especially building materials. Menards carries a lot of cheap stuff (some diamonds in the rough mixed in) but also a lot of name brand stuff that's just as good or better than some of the home depot stuff. Save big money at menards!

What are the pros and cons of your job and if you work in the paint department what’s it like? I saw for halloween stuff they had a clearance sale starting like a week or two before halloween, and it kept. Menards is privately owned and works under a completely different business model. The only thing keeping me from shopping for new appliances at menards is the lack of ratings/reviews on the website

I’m currently making $13.77 right now and have over a years worth of experience with paint, do. I’ve bought both sets of living room furniture i’ve owned from menards. The last time i looked at one with what the total costs would be, it was about 3x what the kit. They’re fine overall if you’re not expecting high quality.
