The final / last word in this dictionary is zoom. The difference has to do with how memory is allocated. (it does not mean that all references to objects of the class would act as if they were declared as final.) when it's useful to declare a class as final is.
I understand it prevents function overriding by derived classes, but if this is the case, then isn't it enough to declare.
