View this discussion etsy is the global marketplace for unique and creative goods. They both have similar features, but i prefer erank and use it everyday. Erank is helpful but its not really accurate on where your products rank for which keywords.
Erank is an okay tool, but i ignore most of the ranking and a, b, c letter grade scores.
Upon more searching, these hugely different average searches seemed consistent. I'm a seller based in the uk and at the moment only shipping within the uk. I definitely recommend it for finding more/different keywords though. Erank also has quite a few employees who run their own youtube channels that exist.
Before even using erank, or any other tool, i would highly recommend reading the ultimate guide to etsy search. While there are other very useful tools on erank, and certainly some advanced techniques that are helpful for etsy shops, mastering these three erank tools. Erank (or any tool) is useless if you don't understand why. Erank said the same exact keyword was only bringing in 500 average monthly searches.
It's not a tool to get precise data from for research purposes but it gives a pretty clear.
