Wondering if anyone who takes it, like it! My doctor is prescribing me nurtec to try out. He said nurtec hasn't been studied long enough to know for sure but it's the only thing i'm taking that could be contributing to it.

Last year i went through the ridiculous dance of failing multiple medications before they agreed to pay for nurtec.
Botox has greatly reduced the frequency and intensity of my migraines. Hoping it helps me out way more… My experience with nurtec this sub has really helped me understand how many people suffer from debilitating migraines like i do. I’ve had a migraine for 3 weeks on the right side of my head.
That being said, nurtec doesn’t do much for me and. Nurtec can also be taken every other day for episodic migraine treatment while ubrelvy is considered an acute treatment. Nurtec odt anyone have experience with this? Nurtec i have as a backup and only use when it’s either really mild or i use it in addition to butalbital.
Just got switched from sumatriptan to nurtec.
If the nurtec doesn’t work i usually try excedrin migraine after and that often gets it down to a manageable level (pain reduction but still experience the dizziness etc). I almost never use nurtec alone as an abortive for a legitimate migraine. Neurologist thinks nurtec is the reason.
