Menards carries a lot of cheap stuff (some diamonds in the rough mixed in) but also a lot of name brand stuff that's just as good or better than some of the home depot stuff. The only thing keeping me from shopping for new appliances at menards is the lack of ratings/reviews on the website What are the pros and cons of your job and if you work in the paint department what’s it like? They own manufacturing on many of their products, especially building materials.
